When you configure and check out a server, we collect the name and email address you enter, the server configuration you selected, and whichever payment method details are necessary to confirm your order by hand (a PayPal transaction reference, or a crypto transaction hash). If you email support, we keep that correspondence to help with your account. We do not store full card numbers because we do not process cards directly.
The contact form on this site opens your own email client rather than submitting to a server we control, so we never receive or store anything you type there unless you actually send that email yourself. We do not run third party analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we do not fingerprint visitors across devices.
Account and configuration details are used to provision and bill your server, to respond to support requests, to detect abuse under our terms of service, and to keep basic records for tax and accounting purposes. We do not use your information to build an advertising profile.
vpsfairy.com does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If a future feature of the dashboard needs a session cookie purely to keep you logged in, it will be limited to that purpose and disclosed here before it is added.
We will never sell, rent, or trade your email address to a third party for their own marketing. Account and billing emails come from us because they are necessary to run your service, not because you opted into marketing.
We share the minimum necessary information with the data center providers that host our physical infrastructure, and with the payment processors relevant to whichever payment method you choose. We may disclose information if required to by law, such as in response to a valid subpoena or court order. We do not share customer data with data brokers or advertisers.
We take reasonable steps to protect the account and billing information we hold, including restricting who on our four person team can access it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee against every possible breach, but we treat your information as carefully as we would want our own treated.
Account and billing records are kept for as long as your account is active, plus a limited period afterward for tax and accounting purposes. Server disk contents and backups are deleted after cancellation as described in our Terms of Service.
You can request a copy of the account information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request that we delete it once your account is closed and any legal retention period has passed, by emailing support@vpsfairy.com.
VPSFairy is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a child, we will delete it.
We operate infrastructure in four regions (US East, US West, EU Central, and Asia Pacific). Choosing a region for your server determines where that server's data physically lives; your account and billing information is handled by our team regardless of which region you provision in.
If this policy changes in a material way, we will update the date at the top of this page.
